When my Mom was pregnant, she was told about my rare condition and they thought I would not survive. When I was born with Trisomy 18, my family was determined to bring me home from the NICU. I weighed 3 pounds 11 oz and was 16 in long at birth. I stayed in the NICU for 48 days. I have a defect on my heart but it has balanced itself out perfectly. My family lives a long way from the medical center and I'm so happy to be here with them, getting lots of love and snuggles. I'm still learning how to take a bottle and am working on all my therapies. I'm thriving at home and weigh 6 pounds 2 oz now!!

I was born at 26 weeks weighing only 2 lbs 4 oz and spent 2 ½ months in the NICU. I celebrated my first birthday in July and you would never know I was premature! I’m a good eater and I love to cruise around in my walker. I enjoy keeping my mom and brother busy by throwing everything on the floor. My favorite show is PJ Mask. My brother is in 6th grade and he’s very helpful to my mom by caring for me. I will keep sharing pictures with the GiFT family so everyone can see me grow.

We are twin sisters, born in mid September. Sister was born with Congenital Cytomegalovirus and has to go for labs every week to make sure she gets her medication. We are doing well at home and weigh 9 lbs & 9.3 lbs. Our big brother is 2 and he's the cutest and best. We're blessed to be home from the NICU and able to celebrate the holidays together as a family.
