GiFT Destination Home program walks alongside NICU families during a vulnerable transition–the journey from the hospital to home. Custom care packages supply safe-sleep essentials, diapering & hygiene items, clothing, feeding & bath supplies, and developmental aids–equipping families with the tools they need to create a safe and nurturing environment for their baby as they transition home. The year-long service delivers critical infant care supplies, education on safe sleep practices and early childhood development–empowering parents with knowledge, confidence, and additional support as families navigate the challenges of post-NICU life.
